the volume of 50g of a substance is 20 cm^2 if the density of water is 1 g cm^-1 will the object floats or sinks in water.???

The units of density are not g/cm. They are g/cm^3.

The units of volume are not cm^2; they are cm^3.

it is given by cbse syllabus question booklet. not made by me... what then gave in booklet i just kept here....!!!
