What Locality in the USA? The USA is a very large country. Bad waste? Toxins, heavy metals, bioactive waste, radioactive material is not good waste, that is for certain. Frankly, I have no idea what you are looking for. Your question begs for amplification.

Bad waste is anything that doesn't harmlessly and quickly decompose. Examples: dirty diapers, nuclear waste, batteries, used motor oil, computers and their parts, plastics, cigarette filters, medical wastes, chemical wastes.
