"The Sale of Goods Act ensures the right balance between the protection of the citizen and the promotion of commerce." Discuss using real life examples.

1 answer

As is referred to in the Uniform Commerce Commission, the sale of goods falls under
Article I. For instance,if I go out and buy a vehicle, and something major goes wrong with it, I have rights that give me the privilege to be satisfied monetarily,in one way or another. I could go to "Walmart" to purchase a set of dishes, if one was broken, I would return the dishes for a full refund. On the same hand, the seller is equally protected. A sale of anything is, in fact, a contract between the buyer and the seller. If one of the two parties is compelled to believe that the contract is not fulfilled in any way, there are remedies.
