What the difference in finding the answer on the internet and finding it in a book?! there's not. He is still learning, once he reads the answer and has to memorize to write it down on paper than he has it memorized so the only difference is his source of finding it, if he looks it up in his textbook he still has to search for it and then memorize it to write it down.
