What does your text or your class notes tell you about the formulas
for volume and surface area of a cylinder?
If that is not successful I would google "volume of a pyramid" etc.
surface is a circle, r = 3.5
area of top surface = pi r^2 = 3.14 * 3.5 * 3.5 ft^2
HOWEVER if you want the total area Including the sides and bottom
Then use twice that (top and bottom) plus 2 pi r H
where H = 14 ft
volume = surface area times height
= pi r^2 H
