the poem have 14 lines, 3 quantrains and a couplet but the meter and rhythm in every line is different. what kind of poetry style is that?

It sounds almost like a sonnet, but this part is not true of a sonnet: "but the meter and rhythm in every line is different" -- so I'm not sure.
