I believe this can be done with the right factor. Convert 200 lb to kg; I think that is about 91 kg but you need to do it more accurately. Then
(?mg/kg) x 91 = 0.0015 mg.
Solve for ?mg. I have about 1.6E-5 mg/kg and that is one of the answers.
