the floor plan of a room has a scale of 2.5in . : 35ft. in the drawing the length of the room is 8 in . and the whole width of the room is 6in, what is the perimeter of the actual room ?

The scale is 35*12/2.5 = 168:1
So the room is 6*168 by 8*168 = 1354752 in^2 = 9408 ft^2
