Scandinavia is made up of Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The U.S. had very few people from these countries until the 19th century.

Think about who ruled the 13 colonies until the American Revolution.
I suspect Scandinavia. Sweden settled Delaware first but I wonder why the Dutch in New York are left out.
