if Z = 1 / sqrt(2 pi sigma^2)
then
y = Z e^-(x-u)^2/(2 sigma^2)

for x = 20
Z = 1/sqrt(2 pi *100) = 1/sqrt 628 = 1/25.1 = 0.0398
y = 0.0398 e^-[( 30^2)/(200)]
y = 0.0398 e^-[4.5]
y = 0.0398 * 0.111
y = 0.000442
