x = =-b/2a

b = -16 so -b = 16
a = 4

x= 16/8 = 2

Find y by substituting
the vertex on the x axis is 1/2 the way between roots...

4x^2-16x + 9

x=(16+-sqrt(256-4*36))/8
= 2 +-sqrt(112) /8
so half way will be when x is
2, so the first answer is correct
