The domain of a function that reflects coordinates over the y-axis consists of the coordinates (5, 7), (8, 2) and (9, 4).
What is the range of the function?
A. {(5, −7), (8, −2), (9, −4)}
B. {(7, 5), (2, 8), (4, 9)}
C. {(−5, −7), (−8, −2), (−9, −4)}
D. {(−5, 7), (−8, 2), (−9, 4)}

no, the domain consists of the set {5,8,9}
However, reflection over the x-axis takes
(x,y)→(x,-y)
so just find the set which changes the sign of the y-coordinates.
