the correct half–plane in each case,

Y>3

I AM TRYING TO GRAPH THIS I HAVE THE LINE THROUGH THE LINE THREE ABOVE THE X GOING STRAIGHT ACROSS WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO I KNOW I NEED TO SHADE ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO FIGURE OUT WHICH SIDE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

If y>3 and the shaded area represents the region where that inequality is satisfied, then the area aboove the y=3 line (three units above and parallel to the x axis) should be shaded.

are they any web site that could explain it how to determine this because i still not quite sure of this thanks
