I think you're right in keeping A.
The biggest drawback of the need for large amounts of money to campaign is that:
a. people who can not raise money are denied the chance to be elected
b. candidates must use much of their own money in order to get elected
c. PACs (politcal action committees) have a hard time rasing needed funds.
d. getting money from PACs and temporary organizations is a difficult process
Well, I don't think it's B or C.
It could be A but they aren't denied the chance, they just simply don't get elected.
So would it be D? Or keep A,
