You could start your Word document with the information and format usually used in email -- Subject, Date, From, To.
Your ideas for making your email longer are excellent. :-)
Thanks to all that helprd me regaurding my e-mail questions. I was just wondering in the revised part there is no mention of the client being Joceyln Talbot. Also I was told that I do need a subject line I am not sure how I would do that being that I would being using Microsoft Word and not really sending an e-mail. I need to make my e-mail a bit longer so it is 6-10 sentences. I can make up the information if neeeded however I don't want to just put in junk that would not make sense. I was thinking maybe adding a something to with the fact of Joceyln Talbot being a client for a long time. or it is a follow up meeting. or if she had any quetion or concerns feel free to give the office a call
Thanks again for all of you help
