Thank you very much. I would like you to help me rephrase question 1, and check 2 and 3.
1)Go over George Orwell's life focusing your attention on those episodes which strengthened his indifference to accepted values and strong-mindedness
2) What sort of personality should they have?
The traders in picture B should have a lot of stamina, be good at maths, and able to work under pressure. They should also be quick-witted and risk-takers (prepared to take risks).
3)The farmer should be patient, prepared to work long hours and spend long time outdoors.
4) He should also be an early riser, an animal lover and immune too bad weather.
The pilot in picture C should be calm and inspire confidence. She should also be precise, good with people and have an eye for detail. The mechanic in picture E should be precise and practical. He should also be manually dexterous and a logical thinker. He shouldn’t mind getting his hands dirty.
5)What sort of person is best suited to these jobs?
In my opinion, the Latin American teacher is best suited for the job. She seems to have a strong personality, at ease with her students and perfectly able to motivate them. She seems calm, patient, open-minded, friendly and passionate about education (I need a synonym for passionate.

In 4, it's "to" not "too" -- and this is not parallel: "...precise, good with people and have an eye for detail" -- you have two adjectives ("precise" and "good") plus a verb phrase. How will you rephrase so all are adjectives or all are verb phrases?
In 5, this needs the same kind of work: "She seems to have a strong personality, at ease with her students and perfectly able to motivate them" -- do you see the elements that don't match? How will you rephrase so they are all the same structure/part of speech?
The last series here -- "...calm ... passionate ... " is fine -- all adjectives!
You could use "enthusiastic" in place of "passionate."
