Do you think that "Holiday Inn" West Yellowstone is a good choice??

Yes, in my experience, Holiday Inns are good hotels. It's part of a large chain, so in some ways, it's rather generic, but from different descriptions, it seems the people running it in West Yellowstone have included some Montana/Wyoming touches (western things!!).
