kazmi has written an incorrect sentence; his/her subject and pronoun and verb don't match.
Usually "foods" is incorrect since "food" is a non-count noun. If you revise your first two sentences and use "food" instead of the plural, be sure to change the pronoun and the verb so they match (are singular, too).
Example ~~> I buy locally grown food because it tastes a lot better.
