you're looking for the heighth of the tower, i have the same question. i got the answer to be 1224.5 meters tall. I know this may seem really tall but in the question it says it will provide working space for 100,000 people.
you get the answer by taking the displacement it has from the building when it hits the ground (x) and divide it by the horizontal velocity (Vx) you should convert the cm/s to m/s. Doing this will give you the time it took the glass to fall. You then plug that into the equation y = 1/2 g*t^2 (g being the acceleration due to gravity) and that will give you the heighth.
