So, do you ever wonder why people are trying to get rid of paper money? I mean, isn't it easier to access when paying for your groceries and not having to concern yourself about if there is any more money left on your credit card? Nonetheless, isn’t it secure to keep money on a credit card to prevent money from being stolen/lost? Well, both sides have disadvantages and advantages. I am going to discuss both reasons why we should and shouldn't get rid of paper money throughout the essay.

There are many reasons why people are considering to get rid of paper money. One of the reasons why is because the money could be unsanitary. If the money is dirty, then it could possibly carry all kinds of diseases. This could cause whoever touches the money to get sick.

Furthermore, another reason of why people are considering to get rid of paper money is because it can be easily destroyed. For example, if a person spilt a bottle of water over the money, it can be dissolved quickly. You won't be able to reverse it nor get the money back. It can also be burned and dissolve in that way.
