3x-y=1 or y=3x-1
3x-y=2 y=3x-2
(0,-1),(2, 5)and(0,-2),(-2,4)
Solution is Consistent, lines intersect at (-1/4, -5/4).

Above is my answer but I keep coming back to this again and again. Am I missing something? I solved this with a graph.
