25x^2 + 10x + 1 + 13 = 0
25x^2 + 10x + 14 = 0
Now just plug your numbers into the QF. The roots will be complex, as you can easily see since
(5x+1)^2 = -13
but the left side is always positive, meaning there are no real solutions.
