So on my study guide for a final I have this:
In Gideon v. Wainwright, d___ _______ rights were the main issue in this Supreme Court case.
I Don't know if it's defense attorney rights, or what, but I know this case gave the right to counsel and I'm just very confused.

I think you're right. This case determined that everyone has the right to a defense attorney.
