So I’m awful at summarizing and I came up with the really long answer and I know I need it shorter because it’s definitely not gonna fit on two lines. Please help!

Heat and pressure inside the mantle called solid mantle rock to warm and slowly flow toward the lithosphere. When the rising rock cools it sinks back through the mantle. This process occurs over millions of years.
