so i am really confused if this is a hyperbole: the tattoo killed him. i am reading the same book as another girl called the barcode tattoo and i am in need of some hyperboles for my project. please tell me if that quote: the tatoo killed him, is an hyperbole. thank you

Hyperbole: extravagant description, not to be taken literally. Sounds like hyperbole to me.
