Simplify. Remember to use absoulute value notattion when necessary. If a root cannot be simplified state this.
{(7b)exponent4}^(1/4) I did something wrong when I did it.

[(7b)^4]^(1/4) = (7b)^(4 * 1/4) = (7b)^1 = 7b
