what's the trouble? Just plug in the values for f and g.
Assuming the usual carelessness with parentheses, we have
(f+g)/(f-g)
(x-2)/(x+5) + (x-5)/(x+2)
-----------------------------------
(x-2)/(x+5) - (x-5)/(x+2)
= (2x^2-29)/21
Simplify
f+ g/f-g when f(x)= x-2/x+5. And g(x)= x-5/x+2
Choices,
A. 2x^2 -29/21
B. 21/2x^2 -29
C. - 2x^2 -29 /29
D. - 29/2x^2-29
