With this type of question you will need to do some thinking. Make a list of things that 5 people out of 100 dying affect. Make another list with five out of 100 being unhappy and what that affects.
Really dig. Think outside the box.
Think about families, income lost, statistics changing, doctor visits, anything you can think of. This type of question is asking the student to look at how statistics change surroundings. This is a good question to bring up in a group.
