Select all substances with an acceptor atom that can hydrogen bond to a hydrogen atom that is part of a polar covalent bond
HCCH (ethyne), Br2 (dibromine), H2CCH2 (ethene), CH3Cl (chloromethane), CH3CH2CO2H (propionic acid), OF2(oxygen difluoride)

sorry for the double post
I'm confused by the question but if I interpret it correctly, the answers are propionic acid and OF2. CH3Cl has all orbitals filled, as does Br2, ethene, and ethyne so I don't think the latter ones have an acceptor atom. Check my thinking.
