Problem Statement
At Manyana Primary School, teachers and staff face high levels of workload and stress. Despite previous studies discussing stress management and workload issues in schools, there is a lack of specific research focused on the unique challenges faced by the teachers at Manyana Primary School. The existing literature does not provide clear strategies that are effective in this particular school setting. This absence of tailored solutions creates a gap in knowledge, making it difficult for the school to implement effective stress management practices. Therefore, this study aims to identify the specific factors contributing to workload and stress at Manyana Primary School and to explore practical strategies that can support teachers in managing these challenges effectively.
