Scoop ice cream into 8 - 1/2 cup sized balls. Place on baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
3 egg whites
1)What is the radius of each ball? You can either approximate based on the volume measurement of each ice cream ball in the recipe 118 cm3, or make the recipe and measure. Give your answer in cm but without entering the unit.
My answer 3 cm
2)Using your answer for the radius above, what is the surface area of each ball? Give your answer in cm2 but without entering the unit.
My answer 116 cm2
3)Using the quantities given in the recipe, what is the volume of egg white that will be used to cover one ball? Assume that the volume of three egg whites is 63 cm3. Give your answer in cm3, but without entering the units.
My answer 7.8 cm3
4)What will the thickness of egg white layer on each ice cream ball be after they have been rolled in egg white? Give your answer in cm, but without entering the unit.
I need help for this question please..

4π((3.04+t)^2 - 3.04^2) = 7.8
t = 0.100 cm
4/3 π((3.04+t)^3 - 3.04^3) = 7.8
t = 0.0657
And, as an approximation, you could have considered the paint as a sheet with area 116 and thickness t, so that
116t = 7.8
0.06724
pretty close, and a lot easier.
