Scandium Sulfide. Would i be correct in thinking that the bonding associated with this compound is Ionic. I think this as the two ions involved are oppositely charged?

We generally call those compounds with an electronegativity difference of 1.8 or greater ionic. The difference here is about 1.22 which means a polar covalent bond. http://www.chm.davidson.edu/ronutt/che115/electroneg.htm
