1 3/4 + 2*(1 1/5) + 3/4 = 4 9/10 hours.

That's 4:54, so subtracting that from 4:15, we have a start time of (using the 24-hour clock)

16:15 - 4:54 = 15:75 - 4:54 = 11:21
