Sample Work Submission of Planner Screen Shot. In this activity, you will need to open your planner up. Switch it to a week view using the VIEW that can be found at the top Right side of the page, next to the Setting Clog/Wheel looking icon. Then you will need to complete a screen shot the week that must include at least the dates of the week (for example 11/Sunday, 12/Monday, 13/Tuesday, etc.) IF you do not know how to complete a screen shot, please watch the video included in this assignment and/or reach out to your teacher for support! To take a screenshot on your computer, follow these general instructions depending on your operating system:

For Windows:

  1. Using the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch:

    • Open the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch (you can search for it in the Start menu).
    • Click on "New" or "New Snip" to start capturing a screenshot.
    • Drag your cursor to select the area you want to capture (the planner week view).

    • Click and drag to select the area you want to capture (the planner week view).
    • Release the mouse button to take the screenshot, which will be saved on your desktop.
  3. Using Preview:

    • Open Preview from the Applications folder.
    • Go to File > Take Screenshot and choose either "From Selection," "From Window," or "From Entire Screen."

After Taking the Screenshot:

  • Ensure the dates are visible in your screenshot (e.g., 11/Sunday, 12/Monday, etc.).
  • Save the image file in a location where you can easily find it when submitting your work.
