To take a screenshot on your computer, follow these general instructions depending on your operating system:
For Windows:

Using the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch:
- Open the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch (you can search for it in the Start menu).
- Click on "New" or "New Snip" to start capturing a screenshot.
- Drag your cursor to select the area you want to capture (the planner week view).
- Release the mouse button to take a screenshot.
- Save the screenshot by clicking on the disk icon or going to File > Save As.

- Make sure the planner screen is visible.
- Press the
PrtScn
button on your keyboard to capture the entire screen. - Open an image editing program like Paint.
- Paste the screenshot by pressing

. - Crop and save the image as needed.
For Mac:

Take a Screenshot of the Entire Screen:
- Press
Command (⌘) + Shift + 3
. This captures the entire screen and saves it to your desktop.

Take a Screenshot of a Selected Area:
- Press
Command (⌘) + Shift + 4
. The cursor changes to a crosshair. - Click and drag to select the area you want to capture (the planner week view).

- Open Preview from the Applications folder.
- Go to File > Take Screenshot and choose either "From Selection," "From Window," or "From Entire Screen."
After Taking the Screenshot:
- Ensure the dates are visible in your screenshot (e.g., 11/Sunday, 12/Monday, etc.).
- Save the image file in a location where you can easily find it when submitting your work.
