Rewrite the following essay,

Health is a combination of physical, social, and the mental well being of an individual.
Health is important because it impacts your ability to take care of yourself and feel overall good about yourself and your lifestyle. By maintaining and balancing a healthy lifestyle you are doing what is right for your body.
Health has to do with your physical, social, and mental/emotional well being. An example is the health triangle (a different measure of the different aspects of health) which connects the three elements (physical, social, & mental) and in order to stay healthy you must keep all sides healthy. This also goes along with the four health factors known as health behaviors, health care, physical environment, and heredity. Health behaviors are actions that directly affect your health outcome and by having healthy behaviors you lower the risk of conditions while unhealthy behaviors raise the risk of conditions. Health care is maintaining your physical, mental, and emotional well-being to prevent diseases and improve your quality of life. Physical environment is the external surroundings and conditions in which an individual lives because it influences parts of their health. Heredity is when something is genetically passed down from our biological parents. Mental health language also relates to our social health since it shapes how we see the world and ourselves.

Next, there are three health areas: physical (exercising & being active), mental (thinking positive), and social health (communication and respect towards others). Examples for physical health are having proper nutrition, having good hygiene, sleeping well, and exercising. Examples for mental health are the ability to have everyday stress, being able to manage stress, and being responsible. Examples for social health involve people around you, showing respect, communicating strongly, lending help & support, public health, and peer relationship. Your ability to balance the three health areas affect your ability to avoid peer pressure and have refusal skills. Peer pressure is when your decisions are influenced by the people around you and that peer pressure can either be negative or positive. In many cases people fall into peer pressure because they want to be accepted by their friends or peers. Refusal skills are strategies that you use to say no when you are in a peer pressure situation and some ways are by using the right body language that matches your words, suggesting another topic, or straight up being honest and just saying no.

The overall well-being of an individual is a combination of physical, social, and mental health. It is important to prioritize health as it directly impacts one's ability to care for themselves and feel positive about their lifestyle. By maintaining a healthy balance in these areas, individuals can promote overall wellness.

The health triangle concept illustrates the interconnectedness of physical, social, and mental aspects of health. In order to stay healthy, all three elements must be nurtured. Additionally, there are four key health factors: health behaviors, health care, physical environment, and heredity. Health behaviors directly influence health outcomes, with healthy behaviors reducing the risk of conditions and unhealthy behaviors increasing it. Health care involves maintaining overall well-being to prevent diseases and improve quality of life, while physical environment plays a role in influencing health outcomes. Heredity refers to genetic factors passed down from biological parents.

Furthermore, there are three main areas of health: physical, mental, and social. Physical health involves aspects such as nutrition, hygiene, sleep, and exercise. Mental health encompasses the ability to manage stress and think positively. Social health is characterized by communication, respect for others, support, and peer relationships. Balancing these areas is important for avoiding peer pressure and developing refusal skills. Peer pressure can influence decision-making, both positively and negatively, and individuals may succumb to it in order to fit in with their peers. Refusal skills are strategies used to say no in such situations, such as using appropriate body language, suggesting alternative topics, or simply being honest and declining.
