In my Fitness Plan Assignment in Unit 1, I set both long-term and short-term fitness goals for myself. One of my long-term goals was to lose 20 pounds within the next six months, while one of my short-term goals was to increase my flexibility by incorporating yoga into my workout routine.

Since starting my workout regimen, I have seen some progress towards these goals. My BMI has decreased by one point, which is a step in the right direction towards my overall weight loss goal. In terms of flexibility, I have noticed that my range of motion has improved during my yoga sessions. I am able to stretch further and hold poses for longer periods of time, indicating that I am becoming more flexible.

Additionally, I have seen improvements in my cardiovascular fitness. When I started out, I could only run a mile in 12 minutes, but now I am able to complete it in 11 ½ minutes. This improvement shows that my endurance and stamina have increased since beginning my workout routine.

Overall, I am pleased with the progress I have made towards my fitness goals so far. By staying dedicated to my workouts and making healthy choices, I am confident that I will continue to see results in the future.
