Studying world literature provides students with a unique perspective on the world and an appreciation for diverse cultures. Through reading and analyzing works from different countries and historical periods, students can gain a deeper understanding of the human experience and become more empathetic individuals. Cutting this subject would be a loss for the students and their education.
