Total Minutes Calculation: You are required to complete 30 minutes of physical fitness for each of the 9 school days.
- Total required minutes = 30 minutes/day × 9 days = 270 minutes.

Log Your Minutes: Review your log and add up the total number of minutes you completed during this period.

Select the Appropriate Range: Based on the total minutes you tracked, select the corresponding option from the responses provided:
- If you completed 250 to 299 minutes or more, select that option.
- If you completed 200 to 249 minutes, select that option.
- If you completed 150 to 199 minutes, select that option.
- If you completed 100 to 149 minutes, select that option.
- If you completed 51 to 99 minutes, select that option.
- If you completed 0 to 50 minutes, select that option.
- If you had a Medical excuse plan, ensure to attach the doctor's note and mention that in your submission.
