I would rate this as a 10. I have learned alot from this video. i've learned not to study to much because it may lower your peerformance. take a break in between studying. create a study room and get a study lamp. try not to study in the living room unless by yourself. i've noted that remembering and recongizing are two diffrent things. if you can remember it you can put it in your own words and that is grasping the concept of the facts. ihe also mentioned to use resourses as in a ref book or google if there is something that you need more clarification on or to understand better. i would be watching more of his videos.
