Hello Oscar,

Good post and thanks for your detail with Rogers and Maslow. They both had a lot to say about human behavior and how people should be treated. I especially like Maslow's hierarchy of needs, with the top being self-actualization.

Where do you see yourself in Maslow's hierarchy of needs?

I look forward to your thoughts.

Hello Dr. Rebecca,

Thank you for your thoughtful response! I appreciate your insights into Rogers and Maslow. Their perspectives on human behavior truly offer a valuable framework for understanding personal development.

As for where I see myself in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, I believe I am primarily focused on the esteem and self-actualization levels. I have been striving to build my confidence and achieve personal goals, while also seeking opportunities for creativity and fulfillment in my life and work. It's interesting how these needs can evolve and shift over time, isn't it?

I'd love to hear where you see yourself in this hierarchy and how it has influenced your approach to personal and professional development.

Looking forward to your thoughts!

Best,
Oscar
