Hello Oscar,

Good work with your post, you were right on track and brought up some great points. I am so glad that you are not sleep-deprived, it sounds like you have it all figured out to get the sleep that you need. We all need good sleep hygiene. We should do the same thing every night before going to bed. This will get our bodies prepared to go to sleep. For me personally, I take a hot bath, brush my teeth, and then listen to music. Once this process starts, I know it is time to go to sleep,

Class: What is your sleep hygiene?

I look forward to your thoughts.

Hello Dr. Rebecca,

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you found my post useful. I completely agree that establishing a consistent bedtime routine is crucial for good sleep hygiene.

In my case, I focus on creating a calming environment by dimming the lights and putting away screens at least an hour before bed. I also enjoy reading a book to help unwind. I find that this routine signals to my body that it's time to relax and prepare for sleep.

I would love to hear more about the types of music you listen to before bed!

Looking forward to continuing this conversation.

Best,
Oscar
