I am grateful that I got an opportunity to take this course. Although I took Psychology 101 during my previous years when I was attending college, I realized many things have changed. Learning psychology has many benefits such as understanding how humans think and develop especially different personality types and how they affect behavior. It has helped me in my personal development. The topic that stood out of the most for me is the challenges in development and Erickson's theory of development. It made me realize how it affected me as an adult. I began to learn and understand the reason behind it. It helped me to improve my problem-solving skills and confidence in handling challenges. Overall, I really enjoyed this course.
