Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your patience as I took time to reflect on everything. I want to let you know that I'm also in a relationship, and I'm grateful to be working on my own journey with the Lord. It's been a challenging time for me— I've lost my older brother, Irv, in 2017, and just this past July, my dad passed away. We are still grieving, but we are leaning on God for strength, trusting that He guides us through our struggles.
As the Bible says in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
I’m glad to hear you've been growing and finding fulfillment in your life, and I welcome the idea of staying friends. Let’s plan to catch up after the holidays when things settle down a bit. I hope your family is doing well, and I look forward to our conversation soon. Take care!
