In my recent science class project, my team and I had to build a simple robot. I realized that my role was not just to help with building, but also to share ideas and listen to others. For example, when my teammate suggested using a different kind of motor, I was open to trying it, and we discovered it worked much better! This made me understand that being a good team member means being flexible and valuing everyone’s input.
The way our team worked together helped me grow more confident in sharing my thoughts. At first, I felt shy about speaking up, but seeing my friends support each other encouraged me. When we celebrated small successes, like getting the robot to move, I felt proud of our teamwork. This experience taught me that working with others can be fun and helps me learn more about myself too!
