reasons congress should be reformed.

Are you asking about the personal scandals? campaign financing? forbidding filibustering?

just in general. i was thinking more along the lines of the problems they have and how that affects why they should be reformed. perhaps how they don't do well with approving the budget and so forth. i have to give a debate speech tomorrow. :[

and yeah campaign financing would be a good issue to discuss as well
