Create a conversation in which two people discuss two advantages and two disadvantages of living in a city. One person prefers to live in the city and the other person prefers the country. Include at least one statement about each of the following: desire, obligation, and ability. In each sentence statement, use a modal verb learned in this unit.

Person 1: Ich liebe das aufregende Stadtleben! Es gibt so viele tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Konzerte. Außerdem gibt es immer etwas zu tun und man kann viele interessante Menschen treffen. Ich möchte unbedingt in der Stadt leben.

Person 2: Ich verstehe, dass du das Stadtleben magst, aber ich persönlich ziehe es vor, auf dem Land zu leben. Dort ist es viel ruhiger und entspannter. Man hat mehr Platz und kann auch mal die Natur genießen. Ich würde lieber auf dem Land leben.

Person 1: Ja, aber in der Stadt hat man auch viele Vorteile, zum Beispiel die besseren Jobmöglichkeiten und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Man kann einfach überall schnell hinkommen. Man sollte in der Stadt wohnen können.

Person 2: Das stimmt, aber auf dem Land kann man die frische Luft genießen und es ist oft günstiger zu leben. Außerdem gibt es weniger Stress und Hektik. Man muss nicht unbedingt in der Stadt wohnen wollen.
