Rabbits are very popular domesticated animals, so popular that there are over 300 breeds of domesticated rabbits in the world. You attend a rabbit show and notice that all of the breeds vary in many characteristics, such as size, color, and fur length. You notice that there is weight information on the cages of all rabbit individuals at the show and decide to jot down data for two specific rabbit breeds (in pounds):

Breed A: 10, 8, 7, 10, 9, 9, 10, 9

Breed B: 10, 12, 14, 13, 10, 15, 11, 12

In three to five sentences, 1) calculate the average weights of the two rabbit breed groups, 2) describe some factors that could contribute to the different weights seen within breeds, and 3) describe how you would design and find support for an experiment to determine the growth rate of the two rabbit breeds.

it's been a year lol-
I think you might never get an answer :^
Oof it’s been a while thats for sure lol. I wish I could have helped a year ago but unfortunately I wasn’t taking this test in 2020. I have the answers now though in case anyone needs them!

1. Breed A has an average weight of 9 pounds and Breed b has an average weight of 12 pounds.

2. The factors could be their environment, food sources, family history or their genes, etc.

3. We could take both rabbit breeeds and feed them the same amount of water and keep track of their growth rate.

For number 3 I want to say that I don’t know if that’s an exact way that they would want you to determine it but for number 1 and 2 they are right.
its been almost 2 years
yep-
Almost 2 years
its been 2 years daddy, when are you coming home?
lol
what kai seid
Average of breed a: 9 pounds, average of breed b: 12.125

10+8+7+10+9+9+10+9=72

72/8=9 pounds

10+12+14+13+10+15+11+12=97

97/8=12.125 pounds
@man its been a year daddy........

hey y'all,,,, how are you doing...
bruh
1) Breed A average weight = 9 pounds. Breed B average weight = 12.125 pounds. 2) Parentals' genotype, female size, number of deliveries, food, competition. 3) Genetic and non-genetic factors.

1) Average weights

Breed A: 10, 9, 8, 10, 9, 9, 10, 9

Average: (10 + 9 + 8 + 8 + 10 + 9 + 9 + 10 + 9) / 8 = 72 / 8 = 9 pounds.

Breed B: 10, 12, 14, 13, 10, 15, 11, 12

Average: (10 + 12 + 14 + 13 + 10 + 11 +15 + 11 + 12) / 8 = 97 / 8 = 12.125 pounds.

Genetics: Individuals' scars and weight can be inherited from their parents.
To determine the grow rate of the rabbit breds, I would measure the all the heights of a each colored breed over several weeks.
Hi so for that is ...........
I'm not telling NG yo lol kidding I'll put the answer now .
