(Two that are 19% of her test grade

.93*.05 + (2*1.00*.19 + 3*1.00*.15 + 1*0*.19)*.85 + 1.00*.10 = 0.852
her grade with a zero on the last test will be 75.2%
If she gets a 100% on the last test, then her grade will rise to
.93*.05 + (2*1.00*.19 + 3*1.00*.15 + 1*1.00*.19)*.85 + 1.00*.10 = 1.0135 = 101.35%
curious, eh?

It doesn't really matter how many quizzes she submits. They all account for just 5% of her grade, and all we need is the overall quiz score.

But I am curious. Apparently there are 3 tests worth 19% each = 57%
and three more that are worth 15% = 45%
So how come the total does not equal 100% of her test grade?

And what does the overall score in class have to do with it? Is that the remaining 10% of her grade? I'll assume so.
