How about "HELP"
Yes, I will ask for help next time. No heyo❄️, but thank you for asking. I speak French actually, not Spanish. Lol. Just for anyone who does speak French, I put that at the top, but for anyone who doesn’t, I put the English translation. I like French better than English.
Oui! Je parle français (for a little while)
Basically, geologic time is like where they measure how old a fossil is. Think of it like layers in a cake.
The bottom layer is the layer the baker made first, so its essentially the oldest. So the sprinkles mixed in the batter are like fossils, and they are say, 1 century old (hypothetically speaking, of course. No one would eat sprinkles from that long ago, I would hope not...) Anyway, the next layer would be made after the oldest layer, maybe half a century old. And the sprinkles would be too. The farther up you get to the top of the cake (Earth's surface), the younger (more recent) the sprinkles/fossils are.

Does that help?
Oui. Merci
