ANSWER:
The psychiatric resident asked the patient why she came to the hospital to which the patient replied, "I have no idea."
2. people in the order processing department you must admit process orders promptly.
ANSWER:
People in the order processing department you must admit, process orders promptly.
Not sure if there needs to be a comma after department - for pause.
